Dear Dmitry Anatolevich,
I congratulate you warmly on the upcoming New Year and wish you a Merry Christmas.
The last year has been rich in important events in the Russian-Abkhaz relations. A number of bilateral agreements in the spheres vitally important for us have been worked out and signed with a view to develop the Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Aid Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia.
I am sure that the year upcoming will be equally successful and we, undoubtedly, will work hard to achieve it. Sincerely I wish you, dear Dmitry Anatolevich, good health, well-being and success in service to the Fatherland, and the brotherly people of the Russian Federation – steady prosperity.
